1. Understand the customer's requirements. 2. Understand the customer's requirements for sheet metal products, choose different processes according to different customers' products, and explain the precautions in the process drawings: for example, the surface of sheet metal parts cannot be scratched.

4. Re-inspection should be carried out when replacing operators or molds.

5. Finished products: the dimensions of welded or bent products shall be sampled and inspected according to the requirements of drawings, and each dimension shall be confirmed during sampling inspection. At the same time, the appearance shall be fully inspected, and unqualified sheet metal parts shall be adjusted in time and re-inspected. At the same time, the inspection report shall be filled in.

6. Surface treatment, which is to inspect the appearance of the surface-treated sheet metal parts.

7. Delivery. Sheet metal parts that have not passed the inspection shall not be delivered.

8. The operator is required to apply for inspection of the first sheet metal part, and the finished product is also required to apply for inspection by the operator. Only after the inspection is qualified can it be stored in the warehouse. If the operator does not apply for inspection, there is no labor fee for this batch of products.

9. Although the customer's order is urgent, we must ensure the concept of quality first and speed second in sheet metal processing.
