At this MWCS2016, AMADA brought the latest processing concept of "VPSS 3i" in digital sheet metal factory to users, focusing on the overall quality of products and considering the most reasonable and optimized paperless processing revolution in each process, focusing on the precision machining and mass production processing solutions. In the aspect of precision machining, the brand-new fiber laser processing machine ENSIS3015AJ, the automatic solution of digital punching EM3510ZRB and the high-precision hybrid drive bending machine HG8025 are mainly displayed. Among them, ENSIS3015AJ is equipped with a fiber laser oscillator independently developed by AMADA, and combined with the unique latest beam control technology, 2KW can cut 25mm thick plates, which maximizes the energy-saving effect and provides the possibility for efficient variable production. EM3510ZRB is equipped with a unique driving mode in the world: dual AC servo direct driving motor, and adopts the ZR turret which is the biggest innovation since the advent of CNC punch. Not only can high-speed and high-efficiency machining be realized, but also high-quality machining of finished products without scratches can be realized. Combined with ID mold and unlimited processing structure, it can easily cope with variable production and 72-hour continuous processing. HG8025 has greatly improved the operation performance of the bending machine through the characteristics of high rigid body, new hybrid drive system and angle solution (no trial bending and stable bending accuracy), and realized high-speed, high-precision and high-quality bending processing.

In terms of mass production processing, AMADA mainly demonstrated LCG3015AJ fully automatic and efficient fiber laser processing machine, AE-NT+MP2512L automatic loading and unloading several punching scheme package and 3D fully automatic and high-precision bending machine HM. Among them, LCG3015AJ is at the best level in the world in terms of beam quality, processing efficiency and cost performance. The combination of AC servo-driven CNC punch AE2510NT and automatic loading and unloading device MP2512L can carry out long-term uninterrupted continuous operation, maximize punching capacity and reduce labor costs. In addition, AMADA also showed the world's highest speed pulse band saw PCSAW720, automatic tapping machine CTS900NT, and mold grinder TOGU3.
